I provide private before and after school daycare for students from Moonstone Elementary School and Moonstone students attending Coldwater Public School. There is also the possibility of part time full day care a few days a week. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
We live on 25 acres of hardwood forest just outside Moonstone, with trails and plenty of room to run around. We are on a school bus route and I also drop off/pick up at school for children not eligible to use the bus.
The program is flexible, based on parents' input and the children's needs. Activities can include nature walks, supervised free outdoor play, storytelling, preparing breakfast or snack together, feeding the animals, collecting eggs or nature crafts.
I am also happy to help with homework.
We are a TV free home and the computer will be put away while daycare children are here.
Hours are 6:30am to school start and school end to 7pm. Extended hours are negotiable.
I am now charging for enrollment, on a monthly basis. a full time, 5 days a week before and after school spot is $265 per month per child. Part time attendance is possible and rates will be determined according to the number of days your child spends here.
Healthy breakfast and/or snack is included, if applicable. I can cater to a variety of dietary challenges. My family is on a grain free, starch free, sugar free healing diet and I am happy to accommodate various food allergies and intolerances, however we are not a nut free home. GAPS, paleo, vegan or vegetarian diets are all welcome.
